ZEALCORPS AIRCON CHEMICAL & OVERHAUL CLEANING
ZEALCORPS AIRCON CHEMICAL WASH
There are numerous internal parts of an air conditioning unit that must be cleaned with chemicals. To clean the internal components, chemicals are used.
The condenser, filters, and evaporator coils are just a few of the parts that will be dismantled.
When the components are dismantled and dipped in a chemical solution, any corrosive acids are removed as well as any sticky debris.
For removing corrosive acids and sticky debris, you can dip the components in a chemical solution. Flushing chemicals into the internal drainage pipes is also an option.
The nicest results will be achieved when working with an experienced and accredited Singaporean air conditioning company.
THE SCOPE OF WORK IN AN AIR CONDITIONER CHEMICAL WASH
1.Checking to see that the electrical connections are properly secured.
2.Checking the front panel, panel, and filter for dust and debris.
3.Purifying, deodorizing, and checking the filter.
4.Vacuuming the drainage system.
5.Examining and cleaning the evaporator coil.
6.Examining and cleaning the indoor drainage tray.
The cost of an aircon unit varies depending on the FCU. The initial cost is $55 for every 10 FCU or more. The highest price you can pay for a chemical wash is $350 for 5 FCU.

BENEFITS OF HAVING A CHEMICAL WASH
AIRCON OVERHAUL CLEANING
THE SCOPE OF AN AIR CONDITIONER CHEMICAL OVERHAUL
1.To begin, the technician must fill the lock service valve with refrigerant gas and then the condensing unit.
2.After this, the flare jointing must be disassembled.
3.The drain tube and the electrical wiring located on the fan coil unit must be disconnected.
4. The fan coil unit can be dismantled after it has been separated into the wall.
5.The electrical circuit board, fan motor, evaporator coil, and drain pan can all be dismantled.
6.The fan motor, evaporator coil, front cover, fan coil front cover, and drain pan may be chemically washed with an alkaline chemical.
7.The fan blower, evaporator coil, front cover, and fan coil front cover can be chemically washed with an acidic chemical.
8.It is critical to wash the fan coil parts with tap water before a chemical solution can be injected.
9.The chemical solution will naturally foam when injected. When injected, the chemical solution will naturally react with the water to start the foaming process.
10.The process helps to remove any dirt that may have been trapped in the inner parts. When the foaming process ends, all the parts mentioned earlier need to be flushed with clean tap water.
11.The procedure removes dirt that has been trapped. When reassembled, all the parts will need to be wiped dry with a clean cloth.
12.A vacuum pipe will be needed to remove any foreign materials or air that may be present in the refrigerant piping system.
13.Make sure the service valve is unsecured before checking for any leakage that may come from the flare jointing at the fan coil.
14.Test run the air conditioner after doing all this. This is a great way to see if the correct pressure has been established.
To guarantee the best cleaning result from an air conditioning chemical overhaul, follow the steps listed above. The procedure must be performed correctly and properly to get the most out of the cleaning process. If the procedure is carried out incorrectly, your unit may start leaking or becoming corroded.
